I was out-of-town. Gamble got an eye infection. My Dad brought Chance in for care. You lot chosen me on the phone and accepted my payment via credit card. You followed up on his progress. When I got home and found Gamble's eye to be questionable, you helped me avoid an office visit past talking with me and making suggestions. Chance is healthy and happy in one case over again. My canis familiaris needed get to the vet because she was sick, I called to brand an appointment the only time they had available was 10am the next twenty-four hour period. I told them that I had to piece of work and at that place was no way that I could take the twenty-four hours off because I have been out ill. I just wanted to share with everyone what this staff done for me they allow me driblet my domestic dog off that morning before I went in to work and picked her up afterwards I got off piece of work and didn't charge me extra for that, I was so grateful. We have been extremely pleased and satisfied with leaving our iii dogs and 3 cats at the n Port Animal Hospital boarding facilities! Bonnie and Hannah are so loving and kind to all of our menagerie that our dogs actually are excited when they get in that location. It seems more like a fun doggie day care for them! We take a 7 yr onetime Australian Shephard who has been cared for by North Port St Lucie Animal Hospital since she was 9 weeks old. We have always had a neat feel at the facility both with the staff and the boarding kennel as well as her intendance past the veteranarians. Sophie loves everybody at that place and even though she is a "barker" and very noisy, it is obvious that they savour her and are very tolerant of her. We recommend Due north Port St Lucie Animal Hospital very highly. Read Less

Questions, answers and education was done without having to wait until the exam was done and then you don't forget what you wanted to inquire. Staff is caring and compassionate. Felt comfortable and so did the girls. The Vet has excellent knoweledge, feel and a gentle touch on in handling of my girls, besides, with kindness, caring and compassion. Even in naturals (Omega 3). Our vet of many years retired and he offered his patients go to N Port Animal Hospital if they so choose. My German language Shepherd Mattie does not like going to the vet. This was her offset trip to this Vet and she was very anxious equally always. The staff and the doctor were great with her, never mentioned a cage and filled her with treats as she got her yearly shots and checkup. They were very skilful and we will become back when needed. The staff has been very helpful and my 18 yr sometime Maine Coon has been given a new lease on life because of their skilful advice and support. They've been going through changes as the primary vet retired, but I've been impressed with all of the staff who've been so helpful over the concluding yr and a half since I've been bringing my animals hither. I accept been going to N Port for 12 years now (2002-2014), I take NEVER had an event while Dr. Gill has been taking care of my boys. Nosotros recently lost one of our boys to Cancer (Einstein) - Dr, Gill and his staff were wonderful, caring, compassionate, and Dr. Gill came in on a Sunday just to see us. We take boarded our boys from anywhere from a couple of days, to an unabridged calendar month at ane point. Northward Port has Always been all-around. Dr. O'Malley was a wonderful vet while at North Port, merely Dr. Gill is that "Country Doc" that fifty-fifty a guy similar myself from Brooklyn appreciates! 4 STARS, 5 if I could exit that! Admittedly terrible. They never render any phone calls, E'er!!!! My puppies have been going in that location for a yr and will never set foot in that building once again. Every time they come abode from boarding they odor similar urine and feces. If they bathe the dogs like they bathe the self, or their children, well that is just pathetic. My dog came home from boarding on her menstruum, when asked about it, no i knew. This is non a quality boarding or vet operation. I had been using them for a year and needed to get a puppy spayed. When we asked if they did a payment programme, since I was was going through a difficult fiscal time, they scoffed and said "not a hazard". Ridiculous.. The harbinger that broke this camel's back was yesterday 7/25/12. I had to spay my puppy at the canton humane society and she was in farthermost pain so I chosen my vet for a possible medicine or something to assist with the pain, and all I got was attitude and no phone telephone call back. The girl who answers the phone is rude and does not either talk to the vets or call people back. The place is a pathetic excuse for a vet. Never e'er ever put your animals there. Read Less
